Adrián Villagómez Alemán (Senior Associate)

Adrián is a lawyer by the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, in which he obtained his law degree with honors. In 2013, Adrián obtained his LL.M. degree (Master of Laws) by the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, in which he also obtained the Certificate of Specialization in International Law. During his LL.M. studies, Adrián published an article for the Berkeley Journal of International Law called “Review of The Principles and Practice of International Commercial Arbitration by Margaret L. Moses”.

Adrian has specialized in construction law, public procurement, corporate law in special matters and dispute resolution procedures (Litigation, Dispute Boards and Arbitration); especially in the construction and infrastructure field. Adrián has published several national and international articles regarding construction, arbitration and energy sector matters. Also, Adrian annually participates in international publications such as: Getting the Deal Public Through, The International Comparative Legal Guide and Doing Business by the World Bank, especially in matters of construction and public procurement.
