Founded in 1965 as a general practice and litigation firm, in the 1990s it became a boutique firm specialized in Public Procurement of Acquisitions, Services, Leases, Public Works, Services Related to Public Works, both in its transactional and contentious parts; as well as Construction Law, infrastructure and energy projects. In the mid-2000s, the firm began its specialty in Corporate Integrity and Anti-corruption, an area of practice that today forms a relevant part of our services.
