Attorney Eulalio Hernández founded COMAD, S.C. (Corporación Mexicana de Asesores en Derecho, S.C.) in 1965 as a general practice and litigation firm. In the 90s, it evolved into a boutique firm specialized in public procurement of goods, services, leases, public works, and services related to public works, covering both transactional and contentious matters, as well as construction law, infrastructure, and energy projects.

By the mid-2000s, the firm began developing its expertise in corporate integrity and anti-corruption, a practice area that is now a key part of our services.

Today, COMAD is a leading firm in construction law for both public and private works, nationally and internationally, where we contribute our experience and capability alongside a team of specialists who enable sophisticated solutions to complex problems.
