COMAD has represented some of the most complex national and international arbitrations at the national and international level related to the construction and infrastructure of electric power projects, trains, airports, among others.
On the other hand, the experience of COMAD and its members personally, in terms of Dispute Boards in Mexico and Latin America extends to more than 30 construction contracts and agreements for Airports, Hospitals, Highways, Schools, Water Treatment Plants , and others of great caliber.
