Mr. Hernández Avalos, founder of our firm in 1965, specializes in complex matters of constitutional and litigious nature.

He is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México where he was a professor of Introduction to the Study of Law and Philosophy of Law subjects for almost two decades.

He was advisor to various entities and government authorities such as Departamento del Distrito Federal; Congreso de la Unión; Comisión Federal de Electricidad and Comisión Nacional del Agua.

In addition, he advised entire industries (Paper and Cardboard) on various issues before authorities, always considering the non-conflict of interest principle.

Today he is dedicated to specific and complex issues of the firm in advisory and litigation matters.
