Karina García is a legal professional with over fifteen years of experience in Construction Law and has become a key member of COMAD’s team since joining the firm in 2019. Her practice focuses on social security matters, regulatory compliance, and the legal framework applicable to construction works and specialized services, making her a trusted advisor for companies seeking clarity, legal certainty, and sound strategic guidance in the construction sector. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, Mexico Chapter.

 

Since 2017, she has served as National Advisor to the Legal-Tax Joint Commission of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC), where she has established herself as a specialist in corporate liaison matters with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). Additionally, since 2009, she has been an instructor at the Construction Industry Training Institute (ICIC), delivering courses on EPC Contract Administration and Construction Records. Her professional career has also been strengthened through collaboration with various national business organizations.

 

Since 2024, Karina has led COMAD’s strategic engagement with Spanish companies, leveraging her professional experience in Spain to strengthen alliances, foster collaboration opportunities, and position the firm’s services in bilateral Mexico–Spain infrastructure and construction projects.
