He graduated in Law and obtained a Master’s Degree in Law at Universidad Panamericana. He specializes in public procurement, construction law, anti-corruption and dispute resolution.
He collaborates with multinational construction companies, information technology companies with a global presence; firms of architects and designers; companies that develop electric power, oil and gas projects, among many others.
He has led and participated in various working groups in construction, public procurement and anti-corruption areas in relevant organizations such as:
- ICC Mexico
- the International Bar Association (IBA)
- Barra Mexicana
- Colegio de Abogados
- ANADE
- Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry
He is personally recognized by Chambers and Partners (Global and Latin America), WhosWhoLegal, Legal 500 and LACCA as a specialist lawyer in these matters.
He is a frequent speaker at national and international forums on topics related to his practice areas, having participated in events organized in more than 15 countries.
He also publishes frequently articles and contributions for various publications, including Obras, where his column "Construyendo Derecho" has already 10 years of uninterrupted existence.
