Since the 80s, COMAD, S.C., has prepared and provided multiple courses, workshops and specialized trainings related to:
- Procurement Law, Public Sector Leases and Services
- Law on Public Works and Related Services
- Law of Public Private Associations
- Construction (construction contract, claims, dispute resolution)
- FIDIC contracts and their practical implementation
- Compliance / Anticorruption (Mexican and foreign laws and how to deal with them)
COMAD, S.C., is registered as external trainer by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and in consequence these curses are used by the Human Resources departments as the mandatory capacitation for the corporation.
